Shmulik serves as Chief of Instruction at Israel’s Homeland Security Academy. He is the former CEO of MOKE EMUN, a leading Israel-based private security company and has held a series of senior positions in the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) and the Israeli National Security System including: Head of the Dignitary and Delegation Protection Division (parallel to the United States Secret Service), Head of the Aviation & Maritime Security Department, Head of Security Division of Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Security Director for the Israeli embassy, EL AL Airlines and shipping companies in Greece.

Shmulik holds a B.A. in Social Sciences (Cum Laude) from Bar Ilan University in Israel. Shmulik retired from the Israel Security Agency with the rank of Brigadier General and served in the Israeli Navy Commandos as a Warrior and Commander.
