David holds over 40 years of anti-terrorism, AVSEC, and risk management experience. He retired from the Israeli Security Agency (ISA/” Shin Bet”) after 24 years of service in several counterterrorism and protective security posts including Commander of Security Managers program at the ISA Academy, and Head of the International Relations and Liaison Unit.
 

Upon retiring from the ISA, he co-founded and served in the capacity of Managing Director of a renowned international security consulting company. During that time, he provided consulting and internationally recognized training to government and private sector clients on a wide range of relevant security aspects, including preparedness, risk assessment & management, and crisis response. His experience extends to a wide range of additional security including VIP protection, intelligence analysis, airport and Sky Marshall security. Mr. Harell lectures at the Berlin School of Law and Economics M.A. Program International Security Management.
 

David holds a B.A. in Political Science and Security Studies from Bar Ilan University in Israel. He is also a graduate of the Business Executive Leadership Program from Paul Merage Business School, University of Irvine California.
