David Koster is a seasoned entrepreneur who blends a rigorous Management Information Systems background with proven leadership across technology, real estate, and security related ventures.
 

He began his career in 1999 at Carnival Cruise Lines, where he spearheaded the company’s first data-security department. During his tenure he led Y2K remediation, implemented Sarbanes-Oxley application-security controls, and directed high-stakes internal investigations involving corporate theft and potential terror threats.
 

In 2004, David transitioned his analytical skill set to real estate. Rapidly becoming a top producer, he was invited to join South Florida’s elite Master Brokers Forum. He later founded Penthouselife.com™, the world’s largest online marketplace for penthouses, and served as Director of Sales for Trump Condominium in Hollywood Beach and for the Commercial Division of a major South Florida brokerage.
 

David’s entrepreneurial momentum culminated in 2011 with the launch of Decorus Realty, where, as Broker and Managing Partner, he guided 160 agents to more than $1.5 billion in sales before successfully selling the firm to Sotheby’s International Realty in 2020.
 

Driven to address systemic security challenges, David co-founded Sapere in 2019, aiming to shift U.S. security practices from reactive response to proactive prevention.
 

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja College of Business.
