David's formal education in Management Information Systems (MIS) has allowed him to successfully apply his methodical approach to business in several diverse industries.

In 1999, David started his working career by leading the first data security department at Carnival Cruise Lines with responsibilities including Y2K remediation, application security implementation due to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, as well as numerous internal investigations including corporate theft and terror threats.

Ready to engage his entrepreneurial spirit, in 2004 David decided to shift gears and pursue a career in real estate. In making use of his strong technical foundation, and due to his market leading sales volume and commitment to the highest ethical values led to his induction as a member of South Florida’s most elite broker’s association, The Master Brokers Forum. He continued on to form Penthouselife.com™, the largest online marketplace for penthouses around the world, served as the Director of Sales for Trump Condominium in Hollywood Beach, Florida and the Director of Sales for the Commercial Division of one of the largest real estate brokerage companies in South Florida.

In 2011, David founded Decorus Realty and served as the Broker and Managing Partner while leading a team of 160 agents to over $1.5B in sales before selling the company to Sotheby's International Realty in 2020.

With the confidence he had the best solution to a problem plaguing our society, David Co-founded Sapere in 2019 with the goal of creating a paradigm shift from a reactive to a proactive approach to security in the United States.

In his spare time, David also serves on the Advisory Board of Realdax, a disruptive real estate software and services company.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Cleveland State University, Monte Ahuja College of Business.
